Red Brick - Pale Ale

Brewed by:
Red Brick Brewing Company
Georgia, United States
Style | ABV
American Pale Ale (APA) ? | ABV 5.6%
This must be a new beer from the Red Brick Brewing company. I haven’t even heard of the brewery until today and I couldn’t find any information on this particular beer. From what I can tell, this beer is a normal american pale ale. Heavy in the malt flavoring and mild with hops. Goldenin color and crystal clear. There also appears to be some particulates floating in the beer. I am suggesting that this is yeast. I wonder if they put the bottles through another fermentation to produce the carbonation. Beer also has a good bit of lacing and the head never completely goes away. Overall, this beer is ok. It’s not great, but it is drinkable and I would prefer this over some of the stuff that is available in Starkville. However, this beer does have to compete with Sierra Nevada and TommyKnocker, which this beer doesn’t come close in my opinion. I would recommend that other people try this beer so they have another APA to reference.
I am also going to start giving these beers a letter grades. Why the heck not?
