Raspberry Wheat

This beer has been finished for sometime now. I didn’t do a detailed record of how this beer was made. However, I did follow the directions that came with the kit with an addition of 49oz of raspberry puree.
I am now a huge fan of this beer. This flavors are good, but the beer is sweet and to raspberry for my tastes. This beer is well like with friends and the wife. I will not add the extract next time and I will see if that helps the flavor the next time I make this batch.
The carbonation came quickly, but this was never stored in the bath tub like the first batch did and this beer was also monitored to insure it stayed at a temp around 70 degrees. The carbonation is perfect. I may have enjoyed this beer if it was just a regular wheat style beer.

This beer was brewed a month ago and is still in the secondary fermenter. It will get bottled in two weeks from today after work and school calms down. A detailed breakdown of the brewing process was again not done, but this is the last time I am not keeping detailed notes.
