SN Pale Ale Clone with FIlterd Water and Yeast Starter - Bottled Trappist Ale

The trappist ale has been bottled. So far, it seems like it going to be a great beer. It also looks like it should be one of my clearest beers. Total of 49 bottles were filled.

I have also decided to start using Brew Pal on my iPhone relgiously, so from now on I plan on posting the results here.

Batch size: 5 gallons, Boil size: 5.5 gallons, Boil time: 60 minutes, Grain weight: 7 pounds, Efficiency: 75%, Original gravity: 1.044, Final gravity: 1.011, Alcohol (by volume): 4.3%, Bitterness (IBU): 67, Color (SRM): 5.8°L, Yeast: Starter - Wyeast 1056 American Ale

Perle hops 8%, Pellet, 2 ounces - 60 minutes (+0)
Wort chiller - 10 minutes (+50)
Cascade hops 6%, Pellet, 2 ounces - 5 minutes (+55)

Ferment
21 days @ 60-72°F

NOTES: For this batch, 5.5 gallons were added to the brew pot. Also, the water was home water put through a Brita filter. Same Wyeast strain as usual, but yeast was produced in a 1.5L starter with nutrients.
